My cable package recently changed due to rate hikes, and I lost a lot of channels. As a result, I’ve missed a lot of episodes of shows I like. Recently I’ve been wishing that more networks would stream TV online – and while I’ve been able to track down full episodes of one or two shows, for the most part I’ve found nothing. So when I had an opportunity to review “Spreety TV Online : Watch TV Shows Online Free” , I jumped on it – because they billed it as the first website to list a wealth of free (and legal!) resources to stream your favorite programs.
I’ve reviewed a lot of websites, and I think Spreety might just be my favorite. The design is simple and fast to load, and lists TV shows by category. You click on whatever interests you, and it brings up a list of available programs. When you find a show you like, you click on it and are taken directly to the episodes, which are hosted on the respective TV network’s website. Brilliant!
Having all of these direct links in one place is a great idea, and an answer to what I’ve been wishing for. My cable package changed right before the finale of “Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drewâ€, and as embarrassed as I should be for watching such drivel, I was really happy to find that episode on Spreety! But if you’d like to avoid reality TV and be reminded of a simpler time, Spreety also has an extensive listing of classic TV programs, like “Leave it To Beaverâ€. How neat is that? They even have listing of movies online! I’m definitely adding Spreety to my quicklist next to YouTube.
