Since I spend so much time coupon shopping, I’m always looking for ways to make my trips more efficient. So I was intrigued to hear about List2Shop.com, a website that offers a new and free way to make grocery lists. List2Shop is an interactive tool where you can simply select items from a menu and print your list directly from the site.
As a couponer, I was drawn to the fact that lists can be separated by store, as I already do that in order to keep track of my savings scenarios. You can also enter the price for each item, and list a comment – I think this would be a useful place to note which items you have coupons for. Here’s a mock list that I made to try it out:
If the item or store you need isn’t listed, you can add it manually. You have the option of registering if you’d like to save your shopping history, or you can just print one-off lists without signing up – check out the list creator here.
I love the ease of organization with List2Shop, although knowing me, I would probably forget to add something and end up scribbling in the margins of my printout. Of course, if I could wait to print it until I was ready to go to the store, this could be avoided. I think this would be a useful organizational tool for a lot of people, especially those with iPhones or other all-in-one mobile gadgets.
So what do you think, readers? Would something like List2Shop be helpful to you, or will you stick to pen and paper?
