The holidays are a time for fun and family gatherings. But with all those visitors come a lot of housework – and laundry! This holiday season, one lucky Contest Corner reader will stock up on laundry soap courtesy of our friends at Tropical Traditions: Read on to learn how you can enter to win 5 pounds of Powdered Laundry Detergent!
Laundry: No one wants to do it, but it can’t be avoided. Thankfully, Tropical Traditions carry a selection of household products to help you out! I’ve sampled Tropical Traditions’ laundry items in the past – last year, I reviewed their Oxygen Bleach – so I was looking forward to trying out their Powdered Laundry Detergent and seeing how it performed.
This laundry detergent comes in a generous 5 pound tub, and it is packed to the brim – literally, I had a hard time getting the measuring cup out because it was so full! This laundry soap contains the following ingredients: Soda ash, sodium percarbonate, and mild surfactants. It has a pretty standard texture and appearance, and is virtually odorless – this would be good for those who are sensitive to scents and dislike the heavy fragrances found in most laundry soap. I’ve used this detergent in a few loads of laundry so far, and I am entirely satisfied with its performance; it’s been working great for me. And with its big canister, this should last me through the holiday season and beyond!
Tropical Traditions’ Powdered Laundry Detergent is available for $16.99 on HouseholdTraditions.com.
