The Supergirl by Nastia collection is a new line of girl’s clothing available exclusively at JC Penny. Olympic gold medalist Nastia Liukin partnered with Warner Bros. and DC Comics for this new line of clothing bearing the Supergirl motif. Being a lifelong comic book lover, Supergirl was one of my childhood heroes – so I thought this was a great idea for a clothing line!
I was sent a black t-shirt bearing a pink Supergirl logo in three different sizes, from small to large. This line is designed for 4-12-year-old girls, so I thought it would make a great gift for the young ladies on my Christmas list. I wrapped up two of the shirts and tucked them under the tree – and the third?
Much to my pleasant surprise, the large t-shirt actually fit me! I like to wear it with a black suit jacket and glasses, for that Clark Kent look. 😉
I think this line of clothing is so cute. Being a fashionista/comic book geek, I would have flipped for this as a child. One of my earliest memories is looking at a paperback adaptation of the “Supergirl” movie as a toddler and being frustrated that I couldn’t read yet! Supergirl is a classic hero, and I love seeing more merchandise available for young female fans – now, how about a line of clothing for Batgirl?

The line retails from $20 – $38, making it affordable and exciting for girls to style themselves like a Supergirl. The collection will include active fleece, dresses and tunics, knit pants, signature Supergirl tees, dancewear, fashion leggings, shrug tops and more.
