Today marks the start of “Better Breakfast Month”, which celebrates our morning meal and promotes healthy breakfast ideas. Eggs are a well-loved breakfast staple, so in honor of Better Breakfast Month, Hidden Villa Ranch and Contest Corner would like to give one reader four dozen Smart Balanceâ„¢ Omega-3 Grade A Natural Large Eggs, so read on!
Egg safety is at the forefront of everyone’s minds right now after the massive product recall. I had to return 2 cartons of eggs to my local grocery store that were affected by the recall – some of which we had already eaten before finding out! Omega-3 Grade A Natural Large Eggs are a new product that Smart Balance just debuted, and according to their website, “Smart Balance Eggs are not involved in the current egg recall and are safe for consumption.” You can find up-to-the-minute information about the recent egg recall at the FDA’s website.
Smart Balance provided me with four free product coupons so that I could try these eggs for myself, but unfortunately they are not available in my area currently. However, the coupons don’t expire until 2015 (!!), so I’m sure I’ll be able to find them by then! Smart Balance Omega-3 Grade A Natural Large Eggs are sold at Albertson’s – click here to locate a store near you.
In honor of Better Breakfast Month, one lucky Contest Corner reader will win four dozen eggs, to be awarded in the form of four (4) free product coupons, each good for one dozen free Smart Balance Omega-3 Grade A Natural Large Eggs – click here to find a store near you. Here’s how to enter:

I like scrambled on a bagel.
I like to use eggs to make egg salad to keep on hand for a quick snack. Love them in homemade potato salad. And, I make a Japanese style omelet with a little dashi, rice wine and soy sauce. The Japanese omelets can be rolled and stored in the refrigerator. They are great served cold with a little sesame and soy sauce sprinkled on them.
make it with vegies and a mush
I like scrambled, with onion & cheese! Thanks!
Another product that would be useful for breakfast is the Smart Balance Milk. I’ve tried it before & next to my 2% milk, it tastes amazing! My husband is a steadfast whole milk guy, & he couldn’t tell the difference! Thanks!
I <3 scrambled eggs with ham & cheese mixed in and drenched in salsa!! Yummy!
I love sunny-side up eggs on English muffins!

I think the Smart Balance Low fat milk with Omega 3 and Vitamin E would be a great addition to any breakfast, healthy and packed with great nutrients.
My favorite is making omelettes- tomato and spinach and mushrooms! yummm!
I would like to try the Smart Balance Milk!
I like to make homemade egg macmuffins. I toast the english muffin, cook the egg over easy, put cheddar cheese, and a piece of sausage on it. They are so much better than the restaurants.

Smart Balance Milk to add to scrambled eggs
tweet http://twitter.com/phxbne/status/22810956892
I like my eggs scrambled with lots of cheese.
Personally, I like omlettes or scrambled eggs with cheese. I fix a scrambled egg every day for my husband. He takes an English muffin sandwich to work for his breakfast.
We like treasure toast…you cut a whole in a piece of bread, throw in a frying pan with butter and add an egg in the hole. Flip a couple of times until cooked all the way through.
I love scramble or fried for breakfast or for making french toast!!!
I like sunny-side-up eggs on top of hashbrowns, yum!
I didn’t know they had sour cream. I’d like to try the Smart Balanceâ„¢ Reduced Fat Sour Cream and Omega-3s & Vitamins D & E.
