Although most of the writing that I do these days in on a computer, that doesn’t mean I’ve lost my appreciation for pen and paper. So when MyBlogSpark asked if I would like to review a Yoplait gift basket filled with stationary, I was happy to oblige. And two lucky Contest Corner readers will receive their own gift basket stuffed with beautiful stationary, as well as a free coupon for Yoplait Thick & Creamy Yogurt – so read on!
My Take:
There’s something about receiving a letter or card in the mail that is so special – both to send and receive. I adore pretty stationary, so I loved this set’s fun, stylish designs. There’s a set of notecards and envelopes, packaged in a matching box; an awesome set of trendy sticky notes in a variety of sizes; a folder of beautiful stationary sheets and envelopes; a neat pen; as well as a coupon for one free tub of Yoplait Thick & Creamy Yogurt, so you have something to snack on while writing those notes!
I used one of the notecards right away to send a special card to someone. The stationary is so chic and lovely, I can’t wait to send more letters and cards on it. And who doesn’t need sticky notes? I though it was great that they came in so many shapes and sizes, from large to small – very handy! I also love the pink pen that came with this. It may sound funny, but I’m very particular about pens and hoard ones that I like!
When I headed to the store to pick up a tub of Thick & Creamy, I debated as to what flavor I should try. In the end, I decided to taste test the Yoplait Light Thick & Creamy 100-calorie Cinnamon Roll variety – that sounded good to me! As the name says, it’s very thick; almost like a pudding, which I liked. And the flavor really was like a yummy cinnamon sticky bun. So between the tasty yogurt and the lovely stationary, I’d say this set is a winner!
