Winter is fast approaching, and we all know what the means: It’s going to get very cold! I’m doing all I can to try and reduce our heating bills this year, which is why I was pleased to receive a MyHeat Ceramic Heater by Lasko. This miniature 4.3″ x 6.1″ portable heater is small enough to tuck under my desk and puts out a surprising amount of heat (200 Watts) for its size. It’s the perfect personal heat to help warm you up and take the chill out of the air, especially when you sit in a office for hours on end as I do. While it’s too small to be a replacement for a large space heater, combining this with a heating pad and closing my office door goes a long way to keeping me warm without turning my central heating on. This has been a fabulous addition to my home arsenal and I’ve been using it all the time – this will be a mainstay as we go deeper into winter!
