If you have a young adult on your list who will soon be heading off to college, you may be looking into what holiday gifts which will be of the most use to them as they head into this next phase of life. If the soon-to-be student has expressed an interest in receiving study aids, then perhaps the MCS3 system will pique your interest.
MCS3 stands for “The Most Complete Student Success System”. The package includes two books, a corresponding workbook, audiobook & ebook versions of both volumes, a template CD, and two posters. The system comes in Middle School, High School, and College editions; I received a promo copy of the College Edition ebook to peruse for this review.
The system is a combination of self-help/improvement techniques, time management strategies, and learning/study tips. The overall approach is a little hyped up for me and I found some of the advice to be a bit trite, but there is a lot of solid info here too – much of the advice given about managing work loads and setting boundaries with others applies to those who are self-employed as well as those in school! Although some of it feels a bit like a “Motivational poster”, I can see that there would be plenty of good tips in these books of interest and relevance to many students.
The MCS3 College Edition is available on Edu-Nova.com for $129.97.
These look awesome for college students.
I see my daughter needing something this soon. She’s only in 6th grade but REALLY sturggles with school work.
I could have used this when I was in school…i was a scrap by student. LOL

It’s not always the young adult headed to college that would benefit from this type of system…. as an almost mid-lifer working on a doctrine degree I might need it 🙂
sounds great for my cousin. Thanks for sharing.
I know someone that would like this.
