When I was offered my choice of complimentary item for review, I felt spoilt for choice! After some time browsing around, this Chenille Shawl Collar Robe caught my eye and I knew immediately this was what I needed! It looked so nice and cozy for winter. I chose a robe in pink, to be embroidered with my name.

It soon arrived and I could not wait to put it on. You know that feeling when you buy a new pair of fuzzy socks and put them on for the first time? That’s how I feel every time I slip this robe on. It is so soft, cuddly, and fuzzy – like being snuggled by 50 bunnies. I really can’t picture a more comfortable fabric! It’s so warm, too – this is going to be awesome to wear over my PJs, or heck, my regular clothes inside the house when it gets really cold, especially since I’m really budgeting my central heating usage this year. I also love the fluffy pink glamour of the robe and my name embroidered next to the hot pink flowers – I picture this as being what Jayne Mansfield or Barbie would wear during a cold snap. I have yet to launder this robe, since I just got it and I’m a tad afraid it won’t be as soft once I do (I’ve noticed that happening with fuzzy socks) – but again, I haven’t yet washed it so I have no idea if the fluffy factor will be affected. Even in the worst case scenario, if this did lose a bit of fuzziness, it would still be the coziest thing I own!
