This time of year, it seems we are bombarded by sweets and snacks at every turn. But not everything has to be sugar overload: There are all kinds of fun snack alternatives that are perfect for stocking stuffers or even placing in a bowl at your next party. Case in point, how I handled my Halloween candy offerings this year:
Here is my candy bowl, which included some sweets and alternatives, including rings and tons of gum – iD Gum, to be exact! I had just received a complimentary shipment for review prior to Halloween, and I couldn’t think of a better favor to include in my Trick-or-Treat offerings. It was a big hit with the guests at my Halloween party – when I handed them the bowl and told them to take a big handful, they said, “Ooh! Gum!” and were intrigued by the new-to-them brand and bright packing. Having sugar free gum around was a great way to cut back on the candy overload that follows these type of holidays!
iD Gum comes in fun, colorful packaging and a variety of flavors. As I write this, I’m chewing on a piece of BerryMelon, a flavorful, sweet blast of fruit flavors. I’ve enjoyed trying it out and everyone I’ve shared it with so far has been happy to try it as well!
