Today’s review is very special – because The Painted Bakery’s owner, Amber, happens to be a very dear friend of mine! Amber is part of a mother/daughter crafting team, and makes fabulous keychains, earrings, and more from Scrabble tiles. Many of her designs feature popular Japanese animation characters, making them an ideal gift for anyone who loves anime!

I’ve known Amber for over 8 years, and I’ve seen the care she puts into her crafts. After she started her Etsy shop, she brought over a box of her inventory so that I could pick out a few things. I was eager to share The Painted Bakery with you, so I put an adorable cupcake keychain aside in order to give it away to one of my readers!
