  1. I go about my normal activities with the project in the back of my mind. When I see the light bulb, then I put pen to paper, but not before. Always works for me.

  2. I actually find that a brain dump helps me to get ideas flowing. And of course looking through weight loss/fitness/health mags and books help too.

  4. Observation is my best way to get the juices flowing. I read, I watch, I listen, and then I see how those things can apply to what I’m working on.

  5. I have a notebook where I jot down lines from books, random thoughts, and comments I overhear from strangers. I page through that and try to get a fix on what appealed to me about the words I’ve written. I often find a completely different curve, but it gets me thinking off the beaten path.

  6. I go for a walk in the park and then sit and people watch to get my creative flow. Thanks for hosting this great giveaway.

  7. I get the creative juices flowing by thinking about people I love and imagining what would put a smile on their face! fun.mom.cheratgmaildotcom

  8. I like to start one with idea and write it down. Then you can get ideas off of that one. I learned this at one of my jobs and you make a tree with different branches that represent ideas.

Thanks for the chance to win!
