Jai and I just got back from the beach, where I was able to stretch my knees with a physiotherapy walk while Jai got a workout running with Grandma’s dog Bob. It’s a lovely evening – we got there right at sunset, so I was able to snap a few fun photos. The beach was relatively empty – at least at the spot we chose – but promises to be jam-packed over the weekend due to the Hood to Coast relay race. There was a fire in St. Helens that has caused part of the race to be re-routed, but it sounds like it’s still going pretty much on schedule.

Gorgeous shots! I miss the beach- I was just there two weeks ago but just being this far away from it makes me sad!
What lovely photos! I especially like the one of the sunset. 🙂
I love the beach, but it is a drive to get there.
Beautiful sunset! We are headed to the beach for Labor Day, and I can’t wait.
