I love notebooks. They are indispensable to me, and it really seems like I can’t have too many. And when I received a complimentary note book from Festaria Creations to review, I put it to use right away: I actually transferred over my full Holiday Gift Guide editorial list to this very notebook, because it was sturdier than the previous one I was using. The journal has a beautiful depiction of the Italian countryside on the front, and is spiral bound, which is a must for me – spine-bound notebooks are too hard for me to use, as it’s difficult to flip them evenly to the page I need. This journal is hardbound, so it’s sturdy enough to take wear and tear, and there are 100 lined inner pages. This is pretty similar to the notebook which I’ve been using to keep track of my review assignments since 2009.
I think notebooks make a very useful item to pick up, both for your own needs and as a gift. Even if you don’t work at home, you’re likely to know someone who could use a notebook – perhaps for a college student to take notes in, a mom to record cute baby anecdotes, Grandma to jot addresses in, or a slew of other uses. That’s why I think this item makes a great gift, because it’s so functional and versatile for a number of needs! I think it’s also a great idea if you need a gift for someone and are a bit stumped. Even if you’re not intimately familiar with someone’s tastes, I think a gift like this is a good choice, because it’s small and can serve a practical purpose to almost anyone.
The Italian Countryside notebook is available on FestariaCreations.com for $7.95.
I love the cover of the note book. I use quite a bit of note books, since I am sewing a lot- I like to keep track of my sewing supplies as for as what I need to complete my next sewing project. I will definitely look into these. Love it. Thanks for sharing.
Now that is super cute!
Tat is really pretty! I go through a ton of notebooks trying to stay organized!
I know a lot of people use these kind of notebooks as their journals. I love the cover! This would be a great gift for anyone who likes to take a journal everywhere they go (I can think of two friends off the top of my head that would love this!
That is so pretty, Beeb! I love that cover. Reminds me of a calming country garden.
I use a notebook all the time, still. I like that I don’t have to worry about it crashing 😉
Crystal – LOL! So true!!
