Dramamine Travel Pack Giveaway – 2 Winners – Ends 01/04

This time of year always means a lot of traveling. For those with children or uneasy stomachs, this can mean dealing with motion sickness on top of the stress of travel. With that in mind, TWO lucky Contest Corner readers will each win a Dramamine travel pack to make their New Year traveling easier, so read on!

I used to get car sick as a kid, and it was no fun for anyone. This is why it makes a lot of sense to me that Dramamine has started making a children’s formula – packaged in a small plastic container, this was specifically designed with travel in mind. Each tablet is chewable and has a fairly pleasant flavor – much more palatable than regular Dramamine, which would make it easier to give to little ones. I received a package from Dramamine containing the “For Kids” formula, and I actually use this for myself; I just chew two tablets to achieve the full adult dose. I like the taste and the little plastic snap case is actually useful once you’re done with the Dramamine – I just filled an empty one with ibuprofen to stick in my purse!

The travel pack that I received also included Dramamine’s Less Drowsy formula. I have quite a bit of this in my cupboard but actually haven’t tried it yet; one of the reasons I like Dramamine is actually because it makes me sleepy – I find that great for traveling, since I can take one after I board a flight and get a good night’s rest. However, there are plenty of situations when one might get motion sickness and want to get relief without being knocked out – for example, if you were on a cruise ship. So I think this is good to have on hand, especially if I have friends or relatives visit me who might face a journey home while suffering from sickness.

I also received the tote bag which you see pictured above, which has a zip top and will be handy for taking clothes or toiletries with me on overnight trips. I think this was a nice little set and will certainly be useful!
