ConAgra Foods Prize Pack – Ends 06/05

If you use Pinterest with any regularity, you’ve probably pinned more than a few fabulous recipes. But if you’re anything like me, you probably don’t make a lot of these recipes because you don’t have all the required ingredients on hand. And that’s why ConAgra Food would like to offer one lucky Contest Corner reader a prize pack of ingredients so that creating your favorite Pinterest meals will be a little bit easier! ConAgra Food’s ReadySetEat has a fun pinboard on Pinterest full of quick and easy recipe inspiration. I recently participated in a “Pin to Win” contest via ConAgra’s blogger outreach panel, The Dish, and as one of the first 50 participants I received a great package full of food and the chance to give one away to my readers! Here’s a peek at the great panty essentials which are included:

• Wesson Oil, which is so handy for baking up those tasty treats you see on Pinterest – did you know that my famous pie crust recipe is made with vegetable oil?
• PAM cooking spray – if your read Super Coupon Girl then you may have noticed me redeeming the free coupon for this which arrived in my prize pack! This stuff is so handy – I was just using it the other day while frying eggs.
• Peter Pan Peanut Butter – peanut butter is such a great thing to have around, especially if you like PB&J sandwiches as much as we do!
• RO*TEL & Hunt’s diced tomatoes & sauce – I use these ALL the time in chili – remember the RO*TEL Chili Challenge?
• Manwich Sloppy Joe sauce – another handy item to have around!

My favorite item so far is the Basil, Garlic & Oregano Hunt’s Tomatoes and the RO*TEL Tomatoes with Lime Juice and Cilantro – these add such a nice flavor to chili just on their own. Yesterday, I made a simple black bean chili using these tomatoes which I served over millet.
