Yesterday, I shared my recipe for making quick and easy coconut rice & shrimp in the rice cooker. This dish used only three ingredients, was super simple, and turned out deliciously:
The coconut that I used was Tropical Traditions’ Coconut Flakes which I received for the purposes this review. As with all of the dried coconut products I have tried from Tropical Traditions, the Coconut Flakes are high in quality and taste. They are fantastic cooked into rice, giving it a soft texture and sweet taste that is addicting. And the coconut is good as a snack right out of the tub, too! Two thumbs up for another great coconut item from Tropical Traditions.
