Last year, I reviewed Tropical Traditions’ Organic Shredded Coconut. It’s delicious in so many different recipes, but its most popular use in our household seems to be by the handful! Jai loves coconut and eats it by itself as a snack. So when I had a chance to review another item from Tropical Traditions, their Coconut Chips caught my eye. This is the same delicious dried coconut, but shredded into larger, bite-sized chips. I noticed feedback from customers raving about these Coconut Chips as a delicious snack – so I knew this would be perfect for Jai!
My plan was to tuck this under the Christmas tree as a gift, but I was thwarted when Jai got the mail and saw a box that said “Coconut Chips” in big letters! I was sorry that my surprise got out, but he was glad that he didn’t have to wait until Christmas to try the delicious coconut! 😉 Jai loved this even more than the shredded coconut – which is saying a lot! – and the chips make a perfect snack. These Coconut Chips are wonderful and a big hit in our household. Another great product from Tropical Traditions!
