Sears is having a huge clearance sale right now. In order to make way for spring, they’re offering 75% to 80% off original prices on fall and winter clothing. Buying clothes off-season is a great way to save money – and with the way the weather’s been lately, I think a lot of us are still wearing our winter clothes!
I had a look around the clearance section of their website, and I saw some really cute stuff. I love this little black dress:
At $17.99, this appeals to my “Cheapskate Couture” sense of style. People often think that I must spend a lot of money on my clothes…if only they knew! I’ve always been a sale shopper, even before I got into coupon clipping. I love fashion, but I refuse to pay a lot – some of my favorite cocktail dresses cost me fifty cents! I think the most I’ve ever spent on a dress was $28 – and I really had to think about it before I plonked down that much on one item.
