I’m a huge fan of The Voice, so I’ve been following season 2 eagerly. For the uninitiated, The Voice is a singing competition where 4 celebrity coaches assemble a team of singers and help to further guide and train them as they compete for both the votes of their coaches and the audience. I’m not usually a big fan of talent competitions, but I love The Voice. I started watching it because I’m a long-time fan of Adam Levine and Christina Aguilera, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. I love the banter and entertainment provided by the judges and enjoy the fact that we get to watch the coaching process. I also appreciate the fact that the contestants are usually professional musicians, so there’s a high level of talent and I usually find the performances to be entertaining and enjoyable.
One such contestant, Chris Mann, has been well-loved in the blogosphere for several years now, attending events such as Blissdom and performing at 5 Minutes For Mom’s Ultimate Blog Party 2010, so it’s no surprise that the web is rallying around him as he moves on to the live shows as part of Team Xtina. I got an email this morning from my friends at the One 2 One Network with some information on how you can vote for Chris Mann after the live shows start on Monday, April 2nd:

I think Chris is a strong competitor on Team Xtina – I’ve had him on my “5th Coach” Facebook game since his blind audition! 😉 – so I think he’ll do well.
