I watched the video about exercise gear, and what he recommends and what he thinks is “junk.” He said he didn’t like the Perfect Sit-Up (as seen on TV) thing, or that silly Shake Weight. He said he does like weighted vests, and he bought a 40lb one for his girlfriend and she didn’t appreciate it. haha.
