The Amazing Music Box Co. recently got in touch with me to review their website, which deals in the sale of high-end music boxes. I’ve always thought of music boxes as being a timeless item – I still have my musical jewelry box, with a little plastic ballerina that twirls around in front of a mirror!
Well, these music boxes look a lot more elaborate than that. According to the website, Amazing Music Box Co.’s music boxes are hand crafted in Sorrento, Italy – and the pictures on the website are certainly gorgeous. They offer everything from Baby Music Boxes to Wedding & Anniversary Boxes and even Sports Music Boxes. The prices on their music boxes range from $74.99 all the way up to $500, depending on the type.
The website itself is easy to navigate, although I found portions of it to be confusing. Some of the pages have errors – the “Shipping Info” page says simply “Shipping information comes here”; the “Returns & Exchanges” link also leads to the same page. My other critique of the website is that it would be nice if they added their mailing address to the “Contact Us” page in addition to their email form, although they do list their phone number at the top of the website’s navigation bar.
