We were driving by Fred Meyer this afternoon, so Jai and I were able to stop in and redeem our free coupon. We got the Chile Verde variety and cooked it for tonight’s dinner. The package contains two chicken breasts topped with a sauce, and you can cook it in the plastic tray it is packaged in – just take off the cardboard wrapper, cut a slit in the film and cook on a tray for 25 to 30 minutes. It was relatively spicy and pretty tasty – we were also impressed with how relatively low in calories it was. I love food that is good and simple!
