Although I am relieved that the hustle and bustle of the holidays is over – don’t get me wrong, I love Christmas, but the last few months have been exhausting! – one thing I always miss come January is the flavors of the season. I especially adore the seasonal coffees and creamers that are available in the fall and winter; I’ve been known to stock up on multiple bottles of pumpkin or peppermint coffee supplies after Christmas so I can enjoy them for as long as possible in the New Year! So when Godiva offered to send me a couple of complimentary bags of their limited-edition holiday flavors, you better believe I was excited to receive it! Godiva is well-known as a chocolatier, and also produce a line of delicious coffees. These are the special “Winter Flavors” which I received:
The holidays aren’t complete for me without a warm kitchen filled with fresh cookies, and Godiva’s Cinnamon Gingerbread Truffle coffee evokes the classic spices of the season. I loved this flavor, and it goes fabulously with my Ginger Cookies! 🙂
I’m a tad obsessed with peppermint, so I was really looking forward to trying Godiva’s Peppermint Mocha blend. This coffee has a distinctly chocolate flavor; you can definitely taste the “Mocha”. I’m drinking a cup of this as I type – yum!
Now that the holidays are over, these flavors won’t be around for long – stock up on these now while you still have the chance, or you’ll have to wait until next Christmas to try them! You can click here to locate a store near you. And be sure to click here to download a coupon for $2 off – who knows, you may even be able to find this on clearance!
Godiva Winter Flavors are perfect for anyone who is a fan of festive flavors, such as myself. And I know it’s a bit early to think about, but these would also make great hostess gifts for Christmas 2012! It seems far off, but it’ll be here again sooner than we think. 😉
Oh yum! Both of these sound delish, and being that they are from Godiva, I bet they are!!
I’ve never heard of Godiva coffee! It sounds amazing, I must find that cinnamon gingerbread truffle flavor!
mmmm, these look so good. I would stock up on Pumpkin too.
